My name is Ebony Grissom – an investor from Pittsburgh PA, owner of Women & Wealth Investing Group. 

I declared my passion for real estate after realizing how infatuated I was with everything involving the industry. I'm a mother of two sons I was also blessed to have a lifetime partner who shares this passion and understands the hustle as well.

In 2018, with very limited knowledge my husband and I bought our first property. It was truly a learning experience. Being hands-on with the rehabilitation allowed me full control over the design of the house. Some of the projects included knocking walls out to utilize more space in areas, picking paint colors, tiling and flooring. The process was so intriguing that it made me just as interested in the business aspect of the industry.

To further my knowledge, I enrolled in real estate school. While doing that, I discovered wholesaling, which allows the opportunity to sell houses without the extensive process of obtaining a license. As I excelled in wholesaling, I gained investors from previous sales who trusted and hired me to design their projects as well.

I created Women & Wealth Investing Group with the idea of using all of my opportunities to uplift and create wealth with other motivated women by finding deals for us to renovate and flip eventually making a profit.
