By the end of this program, you will have a solid foundation in wholesaling and be ready to execute your first deals.

Week 1: Introduction to Wholesaling and Setting Up Your Business


- Introduction to Wholesaling:
  - What is wholesaling real estate?
  - Key real estate terms and concepts
  - The wholesaling process overview

- Setting Up Your Business:
  - Essential tools and resources (CRM, marketing tools, etc.)
 
- Mindset and Goal Setting:
  - Developing the right mindset for success
  - Setting realistic and achievable goals

Week 2: Market Research and Finding Deals
- Understanding Your Market:
  - Researching your local market
  - Identifying hot neighborhoods and property types

- Finding Potential Deals:
  - Lead generation strategies (online marketing, networking, etc.)
  - Building and managing a leads list
  - Utilizing online resources and tools (Zillow, Facebook etc.)

- Initial Property Evaluation:
  - Basic property analysis
  - Determining ARV (After Repair Value)
  - Estimating repair costs

Week 3: Analyzing and Securing Deals

- In-Depth Property Analysis:
  - Conducting a thorough property inspection
  - Advanced methods for estimating repair costs
  - Calculating your Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO)

- Negotiating with Sellers:
  - Building rapport with sellers
  - Overcoming objections

- Securing the Deal:
  - Drafting and understanding contracts
  - Getting properties under contract
  - Contingencies and escape clauses

Week 4: Building Your Buyers List and Marketing Deals

-Creating a Buyers List:
  - Identifying and reaching out to potential buyers
  - Networking with real estate investors, agents, and other wholesalers
  - Using online platforms and social media

- Marketing Your Deals:
  - Marketing strategies for finding buyers quickly
  - Hosting property walkthroughs and open houses
